Just imagine a snow of light going down on you slowly, purifying progressively your aura and repairing its wounds.
Practice progressively, every day if possible. You must be quiet and peaceful for the maximum benefit, but you can also practice when you're stressed, so as to peace your mind.

Just imagine a ray of light linking yourself to the heavens, to God.

The 2 pillars act like a shield and they dissolve Karma, bad thoughts, that might have hurt you ...
Just proceed like that :
1. Choose a holy figure to contemplate (Jesus, Mary, Angels, Saints, ...), and let Its presence flow through you.
2. Let all your bad thoughts and Karma going out of you and being captured by this holy figure, who will eliminate them.
Contemplation is rather passive, while Prayer is more active :
1. Choose a holy figure to contemplate (Jesus, Mary, Angels, Saints, ...), and talk to Him/Her with all your problems.
2. Let this holy figure cure your wounds, thoughts, and diseases.
Consecration means building a strong link, concluding an alliance, between you and Jesus, Mary, Angels, Saints.
It's very efficient and may save you and your family from debt, violence, death ...
My advice is to consecrate you and your whole family and community to Saint Michael, Jesus, Mary and other Saints.

Here is the prayer for an Act of Consecration to St. Michael :
"Oh most Noble Prince of the Angelic Hierarchies valorous warrior of Almighty God, and zealous lover of his glory, terror of the rebellious angels, and love and delight of all the just ones, my beloved Archangel Saint Michael, desiring to be numbered among your devoted servants, I, today offer and consecrate myself to you, and place myself, my family, and all I possess under your most powerful protection.
I entreat you not to look at how little, I, as your servant have to offer, being only a wretched sinner, but to gaze, rather, with favorable eye at the heartfelt affection with which this offering is made, and remember that if from this day onward I am under your patronage, you must during all my life assist me, and procure for me the pardon of my many grievous offenses, and sins, the grace to love with all my heart my God, my dear Saviour Jesus, and my Sweet Mother Mary, and obtain for me all the help necessary to arrive to my crown of glory.
Defend me always from my spiritual enemies, particularly in the last moments of my life.
Come then oh Glorious Prince and succor me in my last struggle, and with your powerful weapon cast far from me into the infernal abyss that prevaricator and proud angel that one day you prostrated in the celestial battle.

Are you under the pressure of violent men,
aggressive enemies... ?
Here is the way to crush their evil plans, heal your Soul and send them to hell. The key points are : 1. To be sure you're in the way of Justice (if not, this "spell" will hurt you) 2. To imagine and visualize a "light fight" : You under God vs. evil enemies (the pictures on side are good examples of what you should visualize; you can imagine a sword, axe, arrows of light/fire for attack, "Holy Spirit, Burn his Soul" and a light armor or light wall-mirror for defense and immunity: imagine the evil they have done to you moving in your light arms and being sent back to them; and bear in mind the best light defense is light attack, the sooner you attack evil, the easier it is to crush). You can also imagine a light bubble protecting you, and a containment bulbe all around your ennemies ; it is less offensive but very efficient to destroy them by their sole negative energies. 3. To fight with Saint Michael: it increases your spiritual strength, and therefore the efficiency of the "light fight spell". It's also a security you stay in the way of Justice. 4.
